    My fiancé and I had the 10 piece special at ~3:15 pm Friday 7/12/19 at the Cedar Rapids E Ave NW store. Our visit was disappointing to say the least. The cashier was rude. Our chicken was lukewarm. We didn’t receive our 2 apple pies. We’ve now called them 9 (yes nine !) times to tell them they shorted us. We can hear them just fine on 2 *different* phones from 2 *different* carriers, but they keep hanging up on us or saying “We can’t hear you. You’re breaking up.” I give them a 2 because the coleslaw, Mac and cheese, biscuit, and chicken tasted good, but the service stinks! You blew it on this customer’s first visit! I’m not eating there again and won’t recommend it to my friends! I suggest you get your broken phone fixed!

    It was good! We ordered the $10 bigger box. Six strips, mashed potatoes and French fries. The employees were nice and the chicken was really good!

    Way too much breading on all the chicken all the side dishes have a distinct flavor that's the same in all of them. Didn't care for any of them. Will not be going back.
